摘要
结合所研发的水电机组远程状态监测、跟踪分析与故障诊断系统,讨论了水电机组状态与诊断相关技术,介绍了系统的网络化体系结构、主要功能、关键技术及实现方法。该系统具有基于In ternet/In tranet的开放式结构,实现了远程监测诊断,功能完备且面向实际。实际应用表明,该系统兼具技术的先进性和实用性,运行稳定可靠,可广泛应用于各类水电机组状态监测与故障诊断场合。
A remote condition monitoring, tracking analysis and fault diagnosis system was developed for hydropower sets. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis techniques are described along with the architecture, main functions, and implementation methods. The system is built on an Internet/Intranet open structure with application-oriented functions with remote monitoring and diagnosis. A real application shows that the system is practical, reliable, and can be used for various kinds of hydropower sets.
