大口径PCCP管道运行期断丝规律研究

Research on the wire breakage pattern of large-diameter PCCP pipelines during operation

摘要 为进一步摸清和预判工程运行期不同运行条件下对断丝的影响规律及优化调度操作,保障工程安全运行,以北京市南水北调干线(北京段)工程为例,利用声光纤监测系统进行断丝监测,对PCCP管线断丝发展规律进行研究分析。结果表明:春冬两季占总断丝数的比例高达85.6%,其中冬季断丝占总断丝数的58.2%,低温条件下工况日断丝事件的日均断丝数为低温条件下非工况日的日均断丝数的4倍以上,为非低温条件下工况日的日均断丝数的2.5倍以上。同时,低温和工况日共同作用下,占总断丝数的48%。规律分析为日后的PCCP管道设计、运维提供数据参考。 To further identify and predict the impact rule of different operational conditions on broken wires during the project's operation period,optimize scheduling operations,and ensure the safe operation of the project,this study takes the Beijing section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Main Line project as an example.By utilizing the Acoustic Fiber Optic(AFO)monitoring system for broken wire detection,the development law of broken wires in PCCP pipelines is analyzed.The results show that the number of broken wires in spring and winter accounts for 85.6%of the total with 58.2%from winter contribution.Under low-temperature conditions,the average daily number of broken wires on operational days is 4 times higher than that on non-operational days under low-temperature conditions,and 2.5 times higher than that on operational days under non-low-temperature conditions.Meanwhile,the combined effect of low temperature and operational days accounts for 48%of the total number of broken wires.The analysis of these rules provides data references for future PCCP pipeline design,operation,and maintenance.
