摘要
探讨剪切波组织定量技术在中医减脂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效评估中的应用价值。选取2023年1月—2024年12月在浙江中医药大学附属第一医院治疗的80例非酒精性脂肪肝患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中医减脂治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、肝脏硬度值(LSM)、自拟NAFLD弹性值分级标准以及肝功能指标。结果显示,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后,观察组的LSM、自拟NAFLD弹性值分级改善程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者的AST、ALT均下降,且观察组改善程度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,剪切波组织定量技术可客观、定量评估中医减脂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。
To explore the application value of shear wave tissue quantification technology in the efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fat reduction therapy for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).A total of 80 NAFLD patients treated in the First Affi liated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with TCM fat reduction therapy.The clinical efficacy,liver stiffness measurement(LSM),self-designed NAFLD elasticity grading standard,and liver function indicators were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the improvement degrees of LSM and self-designed NAFLD elasticity grading in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,AST and ALT in both groups decreased,and the improvement degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that shear wave tissue quantification technology can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of TCM fat reduction therapy for NAFLD.
