摘要
目的:观察以健脾祛痰化积法组方的脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的临床疗效。方法:将100例NAFL患者随机分为2组各50例。治疗组采用口服脂消胶囊(由茯苓、生白术、白芥子、青皮、山楂、泽泻等组成)治疗。对照组口服多烯康胶丸治疗。2组疗程均为3月。主要观察临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能、血脂各项指标变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为94％,对照组为74％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。治疗后治疗组肝功能、血脂各项指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0．05,P<0．01);治疗组分别与对照组治疗后各项指标比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义 (P<0．05,P<0．01)。结论:以健脾祛痰化积法组方的脂消胶囊治疗NAFL,疗效显著,并能明显改善肝功能及血脂各项指标。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Zhixiao capsule （ZXC） for non-alcoholic fatty liver （NAFL）. Methods： 100 cases of NAFL were allocated to 2 groups （each group 50 cases） randomly. The treatment group was treated by ZXC （composed of Poria, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Semen Sinapis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, Fructus Crataegi and Rhizoma Alismatis, etc. ）, the control group by omega fatty acid capsule. 3 months constituted the course of treatment. The curative effect, liver function, the changes of various parameters of blood - fat before and after treatment were observed. Results： The total effective rate was 94% and 74% in treatment group and control group respectively （ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the liver function and parameters of blood -fat were markedly improved in treatment group than that of before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01）, the comparison of various parameters between treatment group and control group showed markedly or very markedly significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： ZXC possesses marked effect for NAFL and can markedly improve the liver function and parameters of blood - fat.
