摘要
变电站智能巡检是确保电网高效、稳定运行的关键环节。文章基于光电传感技术,凭借其高精度与非接触式测量特性,为变电站巡检系统提供全新的设计方案,构建集成红外热成像与高清可见光成像的多维传感单元智能巡检系统,实现设备温度异常与机械故障智能识别预警。测试结果表明,系统较传统巡检效率提高75.0%,缺陷发现率提高37.5%,采用自回归求和移动平均模型的预警提前时间延长至72 h。
Intelligent inspection of substations is the key link to ensure the efficient and stable operation of power grid.Based on photoelectric sensing technology,with its high precision and non-contact measurement characteristics,this paper provides a new design scheme for substation inspection system,and establishes an intelligent inspection system with multidimensional sensing units integrating infrared thermal imaging and high-definition visible light imaging,so as to realize intelligent identification and early warning of equipment temperature anomaly and mechanical fault.The testing results show that the inspection efficiency of the system is 75.0%higher than that of the traditional inspection,the defect detection rate is 37.5%higher than that of the traditional inspection,and the early warning time of the autoregressive integrated moving average model is extended to 72 h.
