摘要
为保障变电站设备安全稳定运行、降低工作人员劳动强度,对机器人及图像识别技术进行了研究。针对变电站实际环境,设计了一种基于自主导航机器人的变电站智能巡检监控系统。系统将机器人作为巡检监控终端,具有基于网络传输的红外测温、仪表读取及设备状态识别等多种无人化巡检功能,可实现对变电站的无人巡检值守及运行状态评价,能有效提升站内设备监控水平及巡检工作效率。
To ensure the safe and stable operation of substation equipment and reduce the labor intensity of workers,research has been conducted on robots and image recognition technology.A substation intelligent inspection and monitoring system based on autonomous navigation robots has been designed for the actual environment of substations.The system uses robots as inspection and monitoring terminals,with various unmanned inspection functions such as infrared temperature measurement,instrument reading,and equipment status recognition based on network transmission.It can achieve unmanned inspection and operation status evaluation of substations,effectively improving the level of equipment monitoring and inspection work efficiency in the station.
