摘要
近年来,达芬奇机器人辅助减重代谢手术作为一种新兴技术已经开始在国内流行,为减重代谢手术提供了一个新的选择。本文报道了一例BMI为38.5 kg/m^(2)的肥胖症女性患者于2024年1月24日在云南省第一人民医院减重代谢外科中心行达芬奇机器人辅助下的对称三孔袖状胃切除术(无辅助孔),阐述术式的主要步骤及对此术式优劣势的探讨。
In recent years,the da Vinci robotic-assisted bariatric and metabolic surgery,as an emerging technology,has begun to gain popularity in China,providing a new option for bariatric and metabolic surgeries.This article reports a case of a female patient with obesity,whose BMI was 38.5 kg/m^(2).She underwent a da Vinci robotic-assisted symmetrical three-port sleeve gastrectomy(without an auxiliary port)on January 24,2024,at the Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery Center of the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province.The article elaborates on the main steps of this surgical procedure and explores its advantages and disadvantages.
