摘要
目的 "达芬奇"机器人手术系统在外科手术中已开始应用。文中针对机器人手术中常见的故障原因进行分析,提出应对措施。方法观察分析2010年6月1日至2012年6月1日间,"达芬奇"机器人手术系统进行的334例外科手术中机器出现的故障情况。结果 334例"达芬奇"机器人外科手术中出现了40次常见故障,其中主要包括更换机器人手术器械时器械锁住、操作台抓手"无力反馈"等。结论预见性的评估手术可能出现的问题,正确掌握故障的处理方法,可大大降低因手术仪器不能正常使用而耽误手术事件的发生率,减少机器损伤,保障手术的顺利进行。
Objective The "Da Vinci" robot operation system has been widely used in surgical operations. In this paper, the common faults in the robot operations are analyzed, then the corresponding measures are put forward. Methods The machine faults were observed and analyzed in our hospital from June 1,2019 to June 1,2012, on 334 cases of surgical operations by the "Da Vinci" robot operation system. Results During the 334 cases of surgical operations by robot " Da Vinci", 40 common faults appeared. Conclusion Predictive assessment of operation problems that may arise and prompt and correct grasping the fault handling method can greatly reduce the incidence of delayed operations due to apparatus malfunction, reduce the damage of the machine and ensure smoothness of the operations.
