摘要
通过对贵州省17所县中进行调研,分析经济欠发达地区县中教育存在的困境,并探讨振兴路径。县中教育在我国教育体系中起着关键作用,但受限于生源流失、教师队伍不稳定、经费保障不足等问题,县中教育质量亟待提升。文章提出五大提升路径:第一,夯实义务教育基础,完善招生管理机制,构建高效系统的生源保障体系;第二,健全教师激励机制,深化师资培训改革,提升教师队伍素质;第三,加大经费保障力度,加快标准化建设,持续优化办学条件;第四,深化托管帮扶工程,优化政策支持体系,提升托管帮扶质量;第五,重视非重点高中建设,彰显特色办学模式,推动县域教育全域振兴。通过以上路径,可以提升县中教育质量,促进教育公平和乡村振兴。
Through a survey of 17 counties in Guizhou Province,this paper analyzes the difficulties in education in economically underdeveloped areas and explores the path to revitalization.County level education plays a crucial role in China's education system,but due to issues such as student loss,unstable teaching staff,and insufficient funding support,the quality of county level education urgently needs to be improved.The article proposes five paths for improvement:firstly,consolidating the foundation of compulsory education,improving enrollment management mechanisms,and building an efficient and systematic student source guarantee system;Secondly,improve the incentive mechanism for teachers,deepen the reform of teacher training,and enhance the quality of the teaching staff;Thirdly,increase funding support,accelerate standardization construction,and continuously optimize educational conditions;Fourth,deepen the custody and assistance project,optimize the policy support system,and improve the quality of custody and assistance;Fifth,attach importance to the construction of non key high schools,mainifest characteristic education models,and promote the overall revitalization of county-level education.Through the above paths,the quality of education in the county can be improved,promoting educational equity and rural revitalization.
