“信息茧房”对Z世代大学生就业心态的影响及“破茧”策略 被引量:3

摘要 人工智能时代,与网共生的Z世代已成为职场新生代的主力军。Z世代毕业生在获取就业信息时,受算法技术的影响,其获取的信息可能存在良莠不齐、片面化、同质化、偏狭化的问题,从而陷入算法编织的“信息茧房”。这使得该群体就业心态渐渐呈现出价值观偏离、信息获取窄化、职业目标趋同及就业心理焦虑四个特征。打破“信息茧房”效应对大学生就业心态的负影响,需要构建价值导向型信息治理体系,重塑Z世代职业价值观;加强信息素养教育,提升职业信息获取能力;加强个性化生涯发展教育,强化职业选择的主观能动性;加强就业心理辅导,深化职场体验,破除“网络滤镜”引发的焦虑。 In the era of artificial intelligence,Generation Z,which coexists with the internet,has emerged as a significant force within the job market.When navigating employment opportunities,these graduates from Generation Z are significantly influenced by algorithmic technologies,leading to potential challenges such as disparities in information quality,bias,homogeneity,and constricted perspectives.Consequently,this demographic may find themselves ensnared in an“information cocoon”woven by algorithms.This phenomenon subtly manifests through four intricate characteristics of their employment mindset:divergence in values,restriction of information acquisition channels,convergence of career aspirations,and heightened anxiety surrounding employment prospects.To alleviate the detrimental effects of the information cocoon phenomenon on university students'employment perspectives,it is imperative to establish a value-oriented information governance framework that redefines the professional values of Generation Z.Furthermore,enhancing education in information literacy is crucial to augment their ability for acquiring relevant occupational insights.In addition,fortifying personalized career development initiatives will empower students to take greater ownership of their career trajectories.It is also essential to provide psychological counseling tailored for employment challenges while deepening workplace experiences,thereby alleviating anxiety induced by“network filters”.
