摘要
构建注册建造师信用评价指标体系是推动工程建设领域职业人员信用监管的重要举措。基于三维信用理论,系统梳理相关文献与政策文件,构建初始指标集;通过发放问卷收集数据,运用SPSS软件进行信度和效度分析,对初始指标集进行优化调整与归类;最终建立了包含3个一级指标和19个二级指标的注册建造师信用评价指标体系,并提出政策建议。可为工程建设领域职业人员信用评价提供理论支撑,为建筑施工企业选拔优秀项目经理提供科学依据,对完善工程建设领域职业人员信用监管机制及人才培养体系具有重要的实践指导价值。
Establishing a credit evaluation indicator system for registered constructor is a crucial measure to promote credit supervision of professionals in the field of engineering construction.Based on the three-dimensional credit theory,this study systematically reviewed relevant literature and policy documents to construct an initial set of indicators.Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software to evaluate the reliability and validity,leading to the optimization,adjustment,and categorization of the initial indicators.Ultimately,a credit evaluation indicator system for registered constructor was developed,with three primary indicators and nineteen secondary indicators.Policy recommendations are also proposed.This system provides theoretical support for credit evaluation of professionals in the engineering construction sector,offers a scientific basis for construction enterprises to select outstanding project managers,and serves as a practical guide for improving credit supervision mechanism and talent development system of the construction industry.
