摘要
国内外监理工程师制度相比,监理工程师在建设过程中的地位和作用有很大的差别。理顺监理单位与业主和承包商之间的关系、赋予监理工程师更充分的权利、拓宽监理工程师的业务范围对发展我国的咨询业有十分重要的作用。
The foreign and domestic consultants have different status and function in the construction course. The clarification of the relationship between the consultant and the owner and the contractor is very important to the development of the consulting market. Furthermore, enduing the consultant with more authority and enlarging the extent of the work of the consultant are also very important to the development of the consulting market.
