摘要
明确工程咨询企业的核心能力要素,对于增强其国际竞争力和系统提升全过程工程咨询企业能力体系具有关键性作用。初步筛选出包含技术能力、管理业务能力、企业市场能力、资源整合能力、组织学习能力等5个维度的企业核心能力要素,形成更加精准和全面的全过程工程咨询企业核心能力构成要素体系。基于要素体系,通过PLS-SEM分析了核心能力各维度之间的相互作用关系,以及量化核心能力要素对企业竞争优势的影响,识别了对竞争优势贡献最大的能力维度。围绕全过程工程咨询企业核心能力要素展开研究,完善了相关理论体系,丰富了要素构成与作用机制内容,并对推动建设项目高质量发展具有重要实践意义。
Clearly identifying the core competency elements of engineering consulting enterprises is of great significance for enhancing the core capabilities of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises and boosting their international competitiveness.This study initially identified five major dimensions of core competencies-technical capability,management and business capability,market capability,resource integration capability,and organizational learning capability-thereby establishing a more precise and comprehensive element system for the core competencies of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises.Based on this system,the study employed PLS-SEM to analyze the interrelationships among the various dimensions of core competencies and quantified the impact of these competency elements on enterprise competitive advantage,identifying the dimensions that contribute most significantly to competitive advantage.This paper focuses on the core capability elements of whole-process engineering consulting enterprises,contributing to the improvement of the relevant theoretical framework,enriching the understanding of element composition and interaction mechanisms,and the conclusions offer important practical value for promoting the high-quality developmentof construction projects.
