摘要
在近几十年管理类研究中,企业间网络一直都是学者们关心的热点命题。随着企业间网络中非对称性关系结构及企业间"权力"的形成,企业间网络逐渐演变为模块化组织。运用内容分析法,对模块化组织中核心企业产生与运行过程中所需核心能力要素进行识别,在实证基础上展开典型案例分析,初步建立模块化组织中核心企业核心能力体系理论架构,推动模块化组织理论的持续深化与实践指导意义的增强。
In recent decades j inteT-enterprise network has long been concerned about the hot propasition by scholars.Alongwith the formation of asymm etric relations and inter^enterprise"power"of intsei^eiiterprise netw ork,inter-eixterprise networkhas gradually evolved into the modular organization.Through content analysis.identified the core competence elements during the generation and operation q£core enterprisej.and based on empirical research,this paper has constrac-tedthe theoretical framework of core competence system of cose enterprise,pushing the research of modular organization forwardand making the theory have more practical significance for the economic society.
