考虑碳交易的建筑废弃物资源化主体博弈行为研究

摘要 为解决日益凸显的建筑废弃物问题,将碳交易政策引入建筑业,构建了政府、建材企业及公众之间的三方演化博弈模型。全面考量多方影响因素,揭示了博弈各方策略选择的相互作用及不同变量对博弈各方决策行为的动态影响,并对博弈系统的均衡点稳定性进行论证,最后运用Matlab2023b平台进行数值模拟与分析。结果表明:实现建筑废弃物的资源化利用需要三方博弈主体的协同共治,并且系统存在多重因素的异质影响;碳交易政策通过价格信号引导建筑废弃物的资源化,合理的碳单价能够加速系统演化;政府、建材企业和公众对自身行为成本的高低表现出一定的敏感性,对各方决策有较大影响。 To address the growing problem of construction waste and incorporate carbon trading policies into the construction industry,a three-party evolutionary game model between the government,building materials enterprises and the public was developed.The model taked into account the influencing factors of the three parties,revealed the interactions of the strategic choices of the game parties and the dynamic effects of different variables on the decision-making behaviours of the game parties,demonstrated the stability of the equilibrium point of the game system,and finally performed the numerical simulation and analysis using the Matlab2023b platform.The results indicate that effective utilization of construction waste requires collaborative governance among the three parties,and the system is influenced by multiple heterogeneous factors.Carbon trading policies guide the utilization of construction waste through price signals,and a reasonable carbon price can accelerate system evolution.The government,the building materials enterprises,and the public show a certain degree of sensitivity to the cost of their own behaviours,which has a greater influence on the decision-making of different parties.
