高速磁浮列车-桥梁混合试验系统耦合作用的数值仿真分析

Numerical Simulation Analysis of the Coupling Interaction in High-speed Maglev Vehicle-bridge Hybrid Test System

摘要 高速磁浮列车-桥梁耦合振动实时混合试验中由多振动台系统复现车桥耦合点处桥梁的振动,车辆试件与振动台、振动台与振动台之间存在的耦合作用以及各振动台时滞差异可能会对试验精度产生不利的影响。建立了混合试验系统的数值仿真模型,对该影响进行了仿真分析。结果表明:车辆试件与多振动台系统之间的耦合作用对混合试验精度的影响可以忽略;随着振动台时滞差异的增大,试验的精度随之下降。 The vibration at the bridge-vehicle coupling point in the real-time hybrid testing of high-speed maglev train-bridge coupled vibration was reproduced by the multi-shaking-table system.The coupling interaction between the vehicle specimen and the shaking tables,as well as among the shaking tables,along with the time delay differences of the shaking tables,may adversely affect the testing accuracy.A numerical simulation model of the hybrid testing system was estab-lished to analyze these effects through simulation.The results show that the influence of the coupling interaction between the vehicle specimen and the multi-shaking-table system on the hybrid test accuracy can be neglected.As the time delay differences among the shaking tables increase,the test accuracy is observed to decrease.
