摘要
在新时代,少先队榜样教育对少年儿童的价值观塑造、行为引导具有不可替代的作用。然而,通过对安徽省的问卷调查和实地访问发现,少先队榜样教育面临着价值多元化带来的挑战,存在认知深度不够、教育形式滞后和体系建设不足的问题。针对上述现实问题,加强新时代少先队榜样教育亟须从三方面着力:深化内涵认知引导、筑牢榜样教育价值根基,创新多元实践渠道、激活榜样教育传播动能,构建分层分类体系、夯实榜样教育长效根基,从而更精准高效地推进少先队榜样教育工作。
In the new era,the role model education for the Young Pioneers plays an irreplaceable role in shaping the values and guiding the behavior of children.However,through questionnaire surveys and onsite interviews in Anhui Province,it was found that the role model education for the Young Pioneers is facing challenges brought about by diversified values,with problems such as insufficient depth of cognition,outdated educational forms,and inadequate system construction.To address the above-mentioned problems,it is urgent to strengthen the role model education for the Young Pioneers from three aspects:deepening the guidance of connotation cognition to consolidate the value foundation of role model education,innovating diversified practical channels to activate the dissemination momentum of role model education,constructing a hierarchical classification system to consolidate the long-term foundation of role model education.By doing so,the work of role model education for the Young Pioneers can be promoted more accurately and efficiently.
