摘要
信阳市作为全国重要的茶叶产区,其茶产业不仅承载着农业经济支柱功能,更在乡村振兴中扮演关键角色。文章基于SWOT模型分析信阳市茶产业发展的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,并利用层次分析法(AHP)计算各个因素的权重,构建战略四边形。结果表明,商业模式成熟是其最大优势,政策红利是其最大机会,茶产品结构单一化是其最大劣势,国内外竞争加剧是其最大威胁,且优势大于劣势,机会高于威胁。由此建议,信阳市茶产业发展应采取优势-机会策略,立足商业优势,强化品牌建设;借助政策红利,优化产品结构;依托文化底蕴,深化茶旅融合;利用自然资源,建设生态茶园,构建全产业链价值提升机制,以创新驱动实现信阳茶产业的高质量可持续发展。
As an important tea producing area in China,Xinyang city's tea industry not only carries the function of agricultural economic pillar,but also plays a key role in rural revitalization.Based on the SWOTmodel,the paper analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of Xinyang city's tea industry;and used the AHP method to calculate the weights of each factor,constructing a strategic quadrilateral.The results show that the advantages of Xinyang city's tea industry development are greater than the disadvantages.The opportunities are higher than the threats,and the advantage-opportunity strategy should be adopted.Its biggest advantage is its mature business model,and its biggest opportunity is the policy dividend.Its biggest disadvantage is the monotonous structure of its tea products,and its biggest challenge is the increasing competition at home and abroad.It is thus suggested that the development of the Xinyang tea industry should be based on business advantages and brand building.With the policy dividend,the product structure should be optimized.Relying on cultural heritage,the integration of tea tourismshould be deepened.The natural resources should be used to construct eco-tea gardens and a whole industry chain value-enhancingmechanism.Innovation should be driven to achieve the high-quality,sustainable development of the tea industry in Xinyang city.
