食用菌液体发酵及其发酵液的化妆品功效研究进展

摘要 食用菌是一种大型真菌,可产生多糖、酚类化合物等活性物质,被应用于多个领域。液体发酵作为一种高效的生产方法,能显著提升目标产物的产量和质量,食用菌发酵液中同样含有多种有效成分。文章概述了食用菌液体发酵的关键影响因素,包括活性成分的种类及发酵液在化妆品中的功效等,并探讨了食用菌发酵液在化妆品中的应用潜力、优势及不足,以期为食用菌发酵及化妆品功效研究领域的从业者提供参考。 Edible fungi,a type of macro fungi,which can produce active substances such as polysaccharides and phenolic compounds,have been applied in many fields.As an efficient production method,liquid fermentation can significantly improve the yield and quality of the target products.The fermentation broth of edible fungi contains a variety of active ingredients.The article summarizes the key factors in the liquid fermentation process of edible fungi,including the types of active ingredients and the multiple effects of the fermentation broth in cosmetics.It also explores the potential applications,advantages,and limitations of edible fungi fermentation broth in cosmetics,aiming at providing reference for the researchers in edible fungi fermentation and cosmetic efficacy.
