摘要
目的:分析苯磺酸氨氯地平、依那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死合并高血压的效果。方法:选择金坛区第二人民医院2020年1月—2024年12月收治的60例脑梗死合并高血压患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(苯磺酸氨氯地平与依那普利联合治疗)、研究组(在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗),各30例。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压水平及美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平、依那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死合并高血压的效果较好,可显著改善血压水平、神经功能与实验室指标。
Objective:To analyze the effect of amlodipine besylate,enalapril and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with hypertension.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension who were admitted to the Jintan District Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into the control group(treated with amlodipine besylate and enalapril)and the study group(treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglycerides,total cholesterol,and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of amlodipine besylate,enalapril and atorvastatin calcium for cerebral infarction and hypertension has a better effect,and can significantly improve blood pressure levels,neurological function,and laboratory indicators.
