摘要
揭示长江口崇明岛内河不同水文时期浮游植物功能群的时空特征、影响因子及生态健康状况,为河口区岛屿水生态健康评估提供科学依据。于2020年8月(丰水期)和2021年4月(枯水期)对崇明岛23个内河位点(10个大型河道、13个中小型河道)开展调查,分析浮游植物群落结构,基于FG法划分功能群,测定水温、盐度、总氮(TN)、高锰酸盐指数(COD_(Mn))等10项环境因子。通过冗余分析(RDA)、典范对应分析(CCA)探讨环境因子对功能群的影响,利用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和生态健康指数(Q指数)评价水生态健康。结果表明:(1)崇明岛内河共鉴定出浮游植物8门206种,以硅藻门、蓝藻门和裸藻门为主,其中蓝藻门的湖生假鱼腥藻(Pseudanabaena limnetica)为不同水文时期共有优势种。(2)划分出了25个功能群,优势功能群演替趋势表现为S1/TC/N/J→P/J/W1/W2。(3)丰水期盐度是优势功能群的主要影响因子,解释度为45.4%;枯水期COD_(Mn)为主要影响因子,解释度为53.6%;盐度、总氮、水温是影响2个水文期功能群组成的关键因子。(4)丰水期Q指数均值为2.47,健康状态“中等”,枯水期均值3.25,健康状态为“好”,与浮游植物α多样性指数评价结果一致;大型与中小型河道均处于“中等”健康状态。崇明岛内河浮游植物功能群存在显著时空演替,功能群方法适用于河口区岛屿水生态健康评估。
In this study,we explored the spatiotemporal characteristics and environmental factors influ-encing phytoplankton functional groups in the rivers of Chongming Island,Yangtze River estuary,during different hydrological periods.The ecological health status of the rivers was evaluated based on the Shan-non-Wiener diversity index of phytoplankton and the calculated ecological health index(Q value).In Au-gust 2020(flood season)and April 2021(dry season),phytoplankton investigations were conducted at 23 sites(10 large rivers and 13 medium/small rivers)on Chongming Island and environmental parameters were measured.Functional groups were classified using the FG method,and redundancy analysis(RDA)and canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)were employed to explore the influence of environmental factors on functional group dynamics.Results show:(1)A total of 206 phytoplankton species belonging to 8 phyla were identified,with dominance by Bacillariophyta,Cyanophyta,and Euglenophyta.Among them,Pseudanabaena limnetica of Cyanophyta was the dominant species across both hydrological peri-ods.(2)The phytoplankton community was divided into 25 functional groups,with the succession trend of dominant functional groups being S1/TC/N/J→P/J/W1/W2.(3)Multivariate statistical analysis re-vealed that salinity was the primary factor influencing dominant phytoplankton functional groups during flood season,with an explanatory rate of 45.4%,while COD_(Mn)was the primary factor during dry season,with an explanatory rate of 53.6%.Salinity,total nitrogen and water temperature were the key factors in-fluencing the composition of the functional groups across hydrological periods.(4)The ecological health index(Q)was 2.47 during the flood season,indicating the aquatic ecology was moderately healthy,and 3.25 during dry season,indicating the aquatic ecology was in good health.These findings were consistent with the evaluation results using the phytoplanktonαdiversity index.The functional groups of phyto-plankton in the rivers of Chongming Island exhibited significant spatiotemporal succession across the hy-drological periods.In conclusion,the functional group approach is suitable for assessing aquatic ecologi-cal health in estuarine islands.This study provides a modern technique for assessing the ecological health and preventing eutrophication of the rivers on Chongming Island.
