热轧SAPH400钢板酸洗工艺研究

摘要 为优化其酸洗工艺,采用称量法和电化学开路电位分析法研究了酸洗液盐酸的质量浓度(40、80 g/L)、酸洗温度(75、80、85℃)和矫直延伸率(0.7%、1.2%、2.5%)对热轧SAPH400钢板酸洗速度和酸洗时间的影响。结果表明:增大矫直延伸率可使钢板表面氧化铁皮中的裂纹增多,从而提高酸洗效率;提高酸洗液盐酸含量能提高酸洗效率,但易使钢板酸洗过度;提高酸洗温度能显著提高酸洗效率,但同时提高酸洗温度和酸洗液盐酸含量也易导致钢板过度酸洗。需在综合考虑酸洗温度、酸洗液盐酸含量、矫直延伸率的基础上确定最佳酸洗时间,在酸洗液盐酸的质量浓度为80 g/L、酸洗温度为85℃、矫直延伸率为2.5%的条件下,热轧SAPH400钢板的最佳酸洗时间为20~40 s。 In order to optimize its pickling process,the influence of mass concentration of hydrochloric acid of 40 and 80 g/L in pickling liquor,pickling temperatures of 75,80 and 85℃,and straightening elongations of 0.7%,1.2%and 2.5%on pickling speed and pickling time of hot-rolled SAPH400 steel plate was investigated via weight method and electro-chemical open-circuit potential analysis method.The results indicated that(a)the increase in straightening elongation could render crack even more in iron scale on the plate,therefore the pickling efficiency was increased;(b)the rise in hydrochloric acid content in pickling liquor was likely to increase pickling efficiency,but caused the plate easy to be excessively pickled;and(c)the pickling efficiency could be obviously increased by the rise in pickling temperature,however,the increase in both the pickling temperature and the hydrochloric acid content in pickling liquor also caused the plate easy to be excessively pickled.It was necessary that the optimal pickling time is determined on the basis of picking temperature,hydrochloric acid content in pickling liquor and straightening elongation being considered comprehensively,and the optimal pickling time for hot-rolled SAPH400 steel plate was 20 to 40 s under the condition that mass concentration of hydrochloric acid in pickling liquor was 80 g/L,pickling temperature was 85℃,and straightening elongation was 2.5%.
