基于激光诱导击穿光谱的磨煤机出口煤质在线监测

On-line Monitoring of Coal Quality at Coal Mill Outlet Based on Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy

摘要 随着电力体制改革的不断深入,新能源竞价上网已成必然,火力发电企业将面临更加严峻的市场考验。在保证能源安全以及碳减排政策的双重压力下,电网对新能源大量消纳,燃煤机组在中低负荷下运行已经成为常态。为了提高整体效率,提出一种基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术的磨煤机出口煤质在线监测方法,并开展系统性能测试分析。试验结果表明,所提方法既能实现对煤的水分、灰分、挥发分、硫分等的在线测量,也能快速计算获得燃煤热值,优化燃烧策略,节约成本,为锅炉的燃烧调整特别是低负荷的稳定燃烧提供基础数据。 With the deepening of the reform of the power system,the new energy bidding online becomes inevitable,thermal power generation enterprises faces a severe market test.Under the dual pressure of ensuring energy security and carbon emission reduction policies,the power grid absorbs a large amount of new energy,and it becomes normal for coal-fired units to operate under medium and low load.In order to improve the overall efficiency,an on-line monitoring method of coal quality at coal mill outlet based on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is proposed,and the system performance is tested and analyzed.The experiment results show that the proposed method can not only realize the on-line measurement of coal moisture,ash,volatile,sulfur content,etc,but also quickly calculate the calorific value of coal,optimize combustion strategy,save cost,and provide basic data for boiler combustion adjustment,especially for low load stable combustion.
