摘要
[目的]随着可再生能源的快速发展,土地海域资源紧缺、成本急剧升高等问题在传统新能源项目中越发显著。在我国用海用地政策进一步收紧、海上风电平价或竞价上网的形势下,海上风电与海上光伏同场开发成为未来海上风电和光伏发展的重要方向。[方法]研究海上风光同场发展现状,并对海上风光同场开发建设方向进行分析和研究。[结果]提出海上风光同场开发现存的技术难点、后续的研究建议以及可参考的海上风光同场开发布置关键参数。[结论]为未来海上风光同场的前期开发、施工建设和协同运维等实际工程阶段指明相应的研究方向和内容。
[Purpose]With the rapid development of renewable energy,the shortage of land and sea resources,and the sharp increase in costs,have become increasingly prominent in traditional new energy projects.[Method]In the context of further tightening of China's land use policies and the parity or competitive pricing of offshore wind power,the simultaneous development of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics has become an important direction for the future development of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics.[Result]Current development status of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics in the same field is studied,their development and construction directions are analyzed and studied,the existing technical difficulties,follow-up research suggestions,and key parameters for the layout of offshore wind and solar co development that can be referenced are proposed.[Conclusion]It points out the corresponding research direction and content for the early development,construction,and collaborative operation and maintenance of offshore wind power and offshore photovoltaics in the subsequent practical engineering stages.
