高密度聚乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共混工艺优化及性能调控研究

摘要 在航天航空、汽车等应用领域中由于高密度聚乙烯(high-density polyethylene,HDPE)制品在一些工况下存在强度低、耐高温差、韧性差等缺点,所以需要对其进行改性,以达到使用目标的性能要求.本实验采用HDPE和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料进行熔融共混,并引入马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯(MAH-g-HDPE)作为相容剂,解决了HDPE和PET热力学不相容的问题,通过二次拉伸技术实现原位成纤,进一步优化了材料的性能.本实验研究了不同配比的HDPE和PET对复合材料的性能影响.实验结果表明相容剂为15 g时,HDPE/PET的质量配比为60∶20时综合性能最好,拉伸强度为27.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为394%,对其二次拉伸后断裂伸长率提升了近2倍,流动性能提升了6%.本实验验证了不同质量配比的HDPE/PET、相容剂的用量及二次拉伸对复合材料性能的影响规律,为HDPE的改性研究提供了新思路. In the fields of aerospace,automotive,and other applications,high-density polyethylene(HDPE)products exhibit shortcomings such as low strength,poor heat resistance,and inadequate toughness under certain working conditions,necessitating their modification to meet the required performance standards.This experiment utilized HDPE and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)as raw materials for melt blending,and introduced maleic anhydride grafted high-density polyethylene(MAH-g-HDPE)as a compatibilizer to address the thermodynamic incompatibility between HDPE and PET.The performance of the material was further optimized through secondary stretching technology to achieve in-situ fiber formation.The study investigated the effects of different HDPE and PET ratios on the properties of the composite material.The experimental results showed that the composite exhibited the best overall performance when the compatibilizer was 15 g and the HDPE/PET ratio was 60∶20,with a tensile strength of 27.8 MPa and an elongation at break of 394%.After secondary stretching,the elongation at break increased by nearly two times,and the flow performance improved by 6%.This experiment validates the impact of different HDPE/PET ratios,the amount of compatibilizer,and secondary stretching on the properties of the composite material,providing new insights for the modification research of HDPE.
