高温潮湿环境引信长期贮存失效特性研究综述

摘要 引信各部件在湿热环境下长期贮存的失效、性能退化和故障问题对引信整体的寿命估计、延寿方法设计及安全性、可靠性设计至关重要。从武器系统、环境应力及断裂力学领域角度出发,以试验测试、理论研究及数值模拟这3种典型研究范式为切入点,重点综述了国外表征湿热环境下引信失效机理和故障模式的主要研究手段及最新研究进展,简要总结了国内该领域的研究现状及特点,并在此基础上浅谈了现阶段引信长期贮存下寿命预测在人工智能方面应用研究的经验启示和新科学范式革命发展带来的挑战思考。 The failure,performance degradation and failure of each component of the fuze during long-term storage in the humid and hot environment are very important for the overall life estimation of the fuze,the design of the life extension method,and the design of safety and reliability.From the perspective of weapon system,environmental stress and fracture mechanics,this paper focused on the main research methods and latest research progress of foreign research methods to characterize the failure mechanism and failure mode of fuzes in hot and humid environments,briefly summarized the research status and characteristics of this field in domain,and discussed the empirical enlightenment of the research on the influence of long-term storage in hot and humid environment on the function of fuzes and the challenges brought about by the revolutionary development of new scientific paradigms.
