Fiber optic gyroscope inertial measurement unit is a high-precision inertial measurement device used for navigation and positioning,with the military application life requirement of"long-term storage,one-time use".Its performance directly affects the long-term stability of the equipment system and the safety of the national defense support system.This paper elaborates on the latest progress in the research on the life of fiber optic gyroscope inertial measurement units and explores possible ways to extend their service life.
