诺贝尔奖得主研究生培养育人模式与启示

摘要 全过程培养是导师落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,但目前仍缺乏校院各方对过程培育的制度支持,这引发了研究生“放养散养”等常见问题,也使得导师的育人工作缺乏落地和支撑。本文归纳了12位不同背景的诺贝尔奖得主在研究生过程培养管理的先进经验,呈现了世界顶尖科学家在落实立德树人教育精神的典型做法。并在此基础上提出了修身立德,三德处世、爱国爱民,国之担当、本领扎实,勇于创新、前沿引领,学以致用的四维模式。在吸纳优秀科学家的研究生培养过程经验中,进一步提出了推动研究生导师提升研究生过程管理质量和落实立德树人职责的启示。 The holistic developmental cultivation paradigm serves as a pivotal mechanism for academic advisors in executing the core educational mission of inculcating moral values and fostering intellectual prowess.Despite this,there persists an evident dearth of systemic backing from institutional quarters within the academic community,particularly concerning the continuous pedagogical nurturing of students.This shortfall has engendered prevalent issues,such as the benign neglect of graduate students—often re-ferred to as free range—and an inadequate framework for bolstering the pedagogical endeavors of faculty members.This article syn-thesizes the sophisticated pedagogical insights of a cohort of 12 Nobel laureates,hailing from diverse disciplines,who have demon-strated exemplary stewardship in the cultivation and oversight of graduate students.It elucidates the quintessential strategies em-ployed by preeminent scientists globally in the realization of the educational ethos encapsulated by cultivating virtue and nurturing talent.Drawing from these insights,the treatise articulates a four-dimensional model that encompasses the cultivation of personal integrity and the adherence to three cardinal virtues,the embodiment of patriotism and civic responsibility,the mastery of a solid skill set coupled with an inclination for innovation,and the proclivity to lead and to apply theoretical knowledge in practical sce-narios.This article assimilates the distinguished experiences of eminent scientists in the mentorship of graduate students,and also offers additional insights aimed at inspiring academic supervisors to enhance the caliber of process-oriented management within graduate education.This,in turn,is posited to invigorate a more efficacious discharge of their duties in moral and intellectual culti-vation.
