摘要
中华优秀传统文化是滋养高职学生职业素养的宝贵养分,然而目前高职院校在将中华优秀传统文化融入学生职业素养培育中时,仍存在文化育人理念、推进机制、师资条件、实施载体、评价机制及氛围营造等方面的不足,导致中华优秀传统文化对学生职业素养的涵养作用没有得到充分发挥。高职院校应牢固树立以文化人的育人理念、完善文化育人的协同推进机制、打造专兼职结合的优质文化育人师资队伍、建立有效的文化育人载体、构建科学的文化育人评价机制、营造浓厚的文化育人氛围,以之涵养高职学生的职业素养,促进高职学生的职业发展。
Chinese excellent traditional culture serves as a vital source of nourishment for cultivating vocational college students'professional literacy.However,current deficiencies in higher vocational colleges—spanning cultural education philosophy,implementation mechanisms,faculty resources,practical platforms,evaluation systems,and environmental cultivation—have hindered the full realization of traditional culture's nurturing role in students'professional development.To address this,vocational colleges should:(1)firmly establish a cultural cultivation philosophy centered on holistic education;(2)improve collaborative mechanisms for cultural education implementation;(3)develop a high-quality faculty team combining full-time and part-time educators specialized in cultural pedagogy;(4)create effective cultural education platforms;(5)construct a scientific evaluation system for cultural education outcomes;and(6)foster a strong campus culture that immerses students in traditional values.These measures aim to enhance vocational students'professional competencies and facilitate their long-term career development.
