增材制造(AM)技术在矿用无轨电动车底盘设计中的应用

摘要 随着新能源汽车的快速发展,矿用无轨电动车的市场需求也在逐步增长;而矿用无轨电动车的核心零部件之一就是底盘。因此,本文提出了基于增材制造(AM)技术的矿用无轨电动车底盘设计方案,旨在在满足材料性能基础上,降低生产成本。本文分析了增材制造技术在底盘设计中的优势,阐明了增材制造对制造效率的提升。结果表明,增材制造技术提高了零件材料利用率,降低了生产成本,缩短了制造周期。 With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the market demand for trackless electric mining vehicles is gradually increasing,and the chassis is one of the core components of these vehicles.Therefore,this paper proposes a chassis design scheme for trackless electric mining vehicles based on additive manufacturing technology,aiming to reduce production costs while meeting material performance requirements.The advantages of additive manufacturing in chassis design are analyzed,and its contribution to improving manufacturing efficiency is elucidated.The results show that additive manufacturing technology enhances material utilization,reduces production costs,and shortens the manufacturing cycle.
