摘要
西南民族地区坐拥地理生态优势与多民族人文资源,形成农耕文明与民族文化交织的复合型旅游体系。本文围绕铸牢中华民族共同体意识主线,深入桂滇黔三省六市,通过文献研究、实地访谈、问卷调查等方式,全面调研农文旅融合发展现状。研究发现该地区面临文化资源挖掘不足、非遗传承机制缺失、文旅产品同质化严重、产业链条短等问题,农文旅协同效应未充分释放。为此本文提出“文化驱动—产业支撑—治理赋能”三位一体的发展路径:以民族文化激活交往交流内生动力,以融合产业构建经济互嵌格局,以多元共治优化融合治理体系,为破解西南民族地区“资源富集—发展滞后”难题提供借鉴。
The southwestern ethnic regions have geographical and ecological advantages as well as multi-ethnic cultural resources,forming a complex tourism system intertwined with agricultural civilization and ethnic culture.This article focuses on strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and conducts in-depth research on the current situation of integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism in the three provinces and six cities of Guangxi,Yunnan,and Guizhou through literature research,field interviews,and questionnaire surveys.The study found that the region is facing problems such as insufficient excavation of cultural resources,lack of intangible cultural heritage inheritance mechanism,serious homogenization of cultural and tourism products,and short industrial chain,and the synergistic effect of agriculture,culture,and tourism has not been fully released.This article proposes a three in one development path of"cultural drive industry support governance empowerment":activating the endogenous driving force of communication and exchange through ethnic culture,constructing an economic interlocking pattern through integrated industries,optimizing the integrated governance system through diversified governance,and providing reference for solving the problem of"resource enrichment development lag"in southwestern ethnic areas.
