立体定向体部放射治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者CEA、CA199、CYFRA21-1水平的影响

Effect of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy on CEA,CA199 and CYFRA21-1 Levels in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的探讨立体定向体部放射治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者CEA、CA199、CYFRA21-1水平的影响。方法选取非小细胞肺癌患者102例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和治疗组(n=51),两组患者均接受卡瑞利珠单抗治疗,对照组在其基础上增加常规放射治疗,治疗组在其基础上增加立体定向体部放射治疗。治疗8周后,统计两组客观疗效、不良反应,并于治疗前、治疗8周后检测两组血清肿瘤标记物水平。结果治疗组客观有效率(70.59%)高于对照组(P<0.05),CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA199水平、放射性肺炎发生率(5.88%)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论立体定向体部放射治疗能够显著提高非小细胞肺癌患者的客观疗效,并有效降低CEA、CA199和CYFRA21-1的血清水平,此外,该治疗方案的不良反应相对较轻,提高了患者的耐受性。 Objective To investigate the effect of stereotactic body radiation therapy on the levels of CEA,CA199 and CYFRA21-1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 102 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=51)and the treatment group(n=51)by the random number table method.Both groups of patients received camrelizumab treatment.The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy on this basis,and the treatment group was treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy on this basis.After 8 weeks of treatment,the objective efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed,and the levels of serum tumor markers in the 2 groups were detected before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results The objective effective rate of the treatment group(70.59%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA199 and the incidence of radiation pneumonitis(5.88%)were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic body radiotherapy can significantly improve the objective efficacy of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and effectively reduce the serum levels of CEA,CA199 and CYFRA21-1.In addition,the adverse reactions of this treatment plan are relatively mild,which improves the tolerance of patients.
