大型汽轮发电机集电环异常发热的原因分析及防范措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对某1000MW汽轮发电机集电环异常发热问题,通过分析发电机集电环初期发热现象和现场工况,确定异常发热是由碳刷材质缺陷引起。故障初期表现为碳刷边缘出现崩角现象,随后集电环和碳刷的温度均上升。使用频闪仪观测发现集电环表面呈黑灰色,其氧化膜被破坏,从而导致集电环和碳刷之间摩擦力增大。通过对碳刷进行物理和化学性质剖析,明确了集电环和碳刷的发热原因,并提出了相应的防范措施。研究结果可为国内同类型汽轮发电机集电环发热问题的诊断与处理提供参考。 Aiming at the abnormal heating problem of the collector ring of a 1000 MW turbine generator,by ana-lyzing the initial heating phenomenon and on-site working conditions of the generator collector ring,it is determined that the abnormal heating is caused by the material defects of the carbon brush.In the early stage of the fault,the edge of the carbon brush appeared the phenomenon of collapse angle,and then the temperature of the collector ring and the carbon brush increased.Using stroboscope observation,it was found that the surface of the collector ring was black and gray,and its oxide film was destroyed,resulting in an increase in friction between the collector ring and the car-bon brush.Through the analysis of the physical and chemi-cal properties of the carbon brush,the causes of the heating of the collector ring and the carbon brush are clarified,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.The research results can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the heating problem of the collector ring of the same type of turbine generator in China.
