摘要
大容量汽轮发电机所需励磁电流很大,为满足大容量汽轮发电机要求,研制出新型集电环、刷架和刷盒,并通入2000~3000A电流试验,对集电环的温升、电刷的温升、电流分布、摩擦损耗、振动等进行了测量,并测量了不同转速下的风量、噪声。新研制的集电环、刷盒可使电机的轴向缩短,刚性增强,振动减少,可靠性增加。新型刷盒可在不停机情况下随时更换电刷,减少维护工作量和停机时间。大电流集电环的研究,为我国研制大容量汽轮发电机打下良好的基础,为今后研制更大容量的汽轮发电机提供了可靠的依据。
A new collector ring assembly including brush holder and box, to meet requirements of a large turbine generator with high values of the field winding current have been built up and tested under current of 2000~8000a. The temperature rise, current distribution, friction losses, vibration and noise as well as cooling air flow at various speed for the collector ring and brushes have been measured.The new collector ring can reduce axis length and thus increase rigidity of rotor, resulting in reducing vibration and increasing reliability of a generator. In this new construetion, the brushes can be easily replace at no-outage, thus fhe maintenance work and shut down time can be reduced.The research of the collector ring with high current is described here too.
