苦豆子中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺及生物活性研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of extraction techniques and bioactivities of flavonoids from Sophora alopecuroides

摘要 苦豆子是分布于我国西北干旱、半干旱地区的多年生草本植物,具有重要的生态及药用价值。苦豆子化学成分复杂,药理作用广泛。黄酮类化合物是继生物碱之后从苦豆子中提取的又一类重要的活性化合物。本文系统梳理和归纳了苦豆子中黄酮类化合物的种类、提取工艺及生物活性研究进展,总结了57种已分离鉴定的黄酮类化合物及其对应的提取纯化方法体系,并着重阐述了该类成分在抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、抑菌、降糖降脂等方面的活性特征。本文旨在为今后苦豆子中黄酮类化合物的高效提取和开发利用提供有效参考,提高苦豆子这一生态经济型沙旱生植物的经济开发利用潜力。 Sophora alopecuroides is a perennial herbaceous plant distributed in arid and semi-arid areas of northwest China with important ecological and medicinal values.The chemical composition of Sophora alopecuroides is complex and its pharmacological action is extensive.Flavonoids are another important class of bioactive compounds derived from Sophora alopecuroides in addition to alkaloids.This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the research progress on the types,extraction techniques,and bioactivities of flavonoids in Sophora alopecuroides.It compiles 57 isolated and identified flavonoids along with their corresponding extraction and purification methodologies.Furthermore,the review emphasizes the bioactive characteristics of these compounds,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antibacterial,hypoglycemic,and lipid-lowering effects,aiming to provide effective references for the efficient extraction,development and utilization of flavonoids in the future,and improve the economic development and utilization potential of this ecologically economic sand xerophyte.
