摘要
目的 分析2024年湖南省妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业技能考核成绩,探讨影响考核结果的因素,为优化培训方案和提升教学质量提供依据。方法 以2024年参加湖南省妇产科住培结业技能考核的172名考生为研究对象,分析技能考核成绩。结果 考生技能考核基本技能操作最优,接诊沟通次之,临床思维最弱(P<0.05)。女性临床思维得分高于男性,研究生接诊沟通能力优于本科生(均P<0.05)。而医院级别、住院医师来源等因素比较差异无统计学意义(均P > 0.05)。结论 湖南省妇产科住培培训体系初步实现培养同质化,但仍需重点加强临床思维训练。建议改进现有的讲授式教学模式,通过分层培养模式和数字化教学平台建设,针对性提升妇产科住培质量。
Objective To analyze the results of the 2024 standardized residency training(SRT)skills assessment for obstetric and gynecological residents in Hunan Province,and to explore factors influencing the outcomes,providing evidence for optimizing training programs and improving teaching quality.Methods A total of 172 candidates who participated in the 2024 SRT final skills assessment of obstetrics and gynecology in Hunan Province were included.Their assessment results were analyzed.Results Performance across stations ranked as follows:basic procedural skills(highest),patient consultation and communication(intermediate),and clinical reasoning(lowest)(P<0.05).Female candidates scored significantly higher than males in clinical reasoning,while postgraduates outperformed undergraduates in consultation and communication(all P<0.05).Hospital level and resident source showed no significant impact(all P>0.05).Conclusion The SRT system in Hunan Province has achieved homogeneous training outcomes,but systematic clinical reasoning training requires strengthening.Optimizing competency-based progressive training models and establishing digital education platforms are recommended to further enhance training quality.
