摘要
为了提升食品微生物检测准确性,保障食品安全,本文分析了食品微生物检测中常见的假阳性问题。分析认为,检测技术局限、样品污染、仪器设备误差、人员操作失误及环境因素等是导致假阳性的主要原因。对此,建议改进传统检测方法并引入新兴技术,加强样品全流程管理,定期校准维护仪器设备,提升检测人员专业能力,强化实验室环境控制,以有效减少假阳性问题。
Aiming to enhance the accuracy of food microbiological testing and safeguard food safety,this paper explores common false positive issues.It identifies technical limitations,sample contamination,instrument errors,human operation mistakes,and environmental factors as root causes.To address these,the paper recommends upgrading traditional methods,adopting new technologies,strengthening sample management,calibrating instruments regularly,improving personnel skills,and controlling laboratory environments to reduce false positives effectively.
