摘要
针对煤矿离心式压风机运行中常见的能量损失、振动过大及能耗过高等问题,提出了基于风机叶片优化设计、气流路径改进、减振和变频调速技术的优化方法。风机叶片变角度设计和减振技术应用有效提高了风机效率并降低了振动幅度。应用变频调速技术实现了不同工况下风机运行的动态调节,从而降低了能耗并延长了设备寿命。实验测试表明,优化后风机在各种工况下的能效得到了显著提升。
To address common operational issues of centrifugal air compressors in coal mines,including energy loss,excessive vibration,and high energy consumption,an optimization approach combining impeller blade design improvement,airflow path optimization,vibration damping and variable-frequency drive(VFD)technology was proposed.The implementation of variableangle blade design and vibration damping technology significantly enhanced compressor efficiency while reducing vibration amplitude.The application of VFD technology enabled dynamic performance regulation under varying working conditions,achieving both energy consumption reduction and extended equipment service life.Experimental results demonstrate notable improvements in energy efficiency across all operational scenarios after optimization.
