摘要
离心式排水泵工作期间,泵叶轮入口处常出现汽蚀现象,导致泵体受到侵蚀,产生振动、噪声,造成水泵性能的下降。对离心式排水泵的汽蚀现象和形成机理进行数理分析,明确产生汽蚀现象的因素,确定汽蚀临界状态,阐述防范措施,从而进一步提高水泵运行安全可靠性,避免汽蚀现象的发生。
During the operation of centrifugal drainage pump,cavitation phenomenon often occurs at the inlet of the pump impeller,resulting in erosion of the pump body,vibration and noise,and degradation of the pump performance.Conducted mathematical analysis on cavitation phenomenon and its formation mechanism,clarified the factors that cause cavitation phenomenon,determined the critical state of cavitation,and expounded preventive measures,so as to further improve the safety and reliability of water pump operation and avoid cavitation phenomenon.
