摘要
以A煤矿8205工作面为例,介绍了一种适用于特厚煤层大采高综放面回风巷的沿空掘巷支护方案设计。具体设计中引入数值模拟方法,对回风巷煤柱垂直应力和水平应力分布进行仿真分析,进而根据分析结果进行特厚煤层大采高综放面回风巷沿空掘巷支护方案设计。为验证沿空掘巷支护方案的可行性,将方案应用于8205工作面工程实践,确认该方案可满足工程实际要求。
Taking the 8205 working face of A Coal Mine as an example,a design of the gob-side entry driving support scheme suitable for the return air roadway of a large-height fully mechanized top coal caving face in an extra-thick coal seam was introduced.In the specific design,a numerical simulation method was introduced to conduct a simulation analysis of the vertical stress and horizontal stress distribution of the coal pillar in the return air roadway.Then,based on the analysis results,the design of the gob-side entry driving support scheme for the return air roadway of the large-height fully mechanized top coal caving face in the extra-thick coal seam was carried out.To verify the feasibility of the roadway support scheme along the goaf,the scheme was applied to the 8205 working face engineering practice,and it was confirmed that the scheme can meet the practical requirements of the project.
