摘要
以洞头—合肥公路瓯海段南雅隧道和五峰山隧道为例,研究隧道全洞段支护加固方法,根据围岩等级、隧道洞段位置和地质条件等制订不同的支护措施。对于Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级软弱破碎围岩,除滞后掌子面的支护外,还需采用超前辅助支护措施,包括超前长管棚、超前小导管和超前锚杆等;而在具有涌水突泥风险洞段,还需采用超前预注浆或滞后注浆加固措施,以保障全隧道工程的安全贯通及后期的安全运营,可为相似隧道工程全洞段支护方案设计提供参考意义。
The Nanya Tunnel and Wufengshan Tunnel in the Ouhai section of Dongtou-Hefei Highway was taken as examples to study the support and reinforcement methods for the whole tunnel section.Different support measures can be formulated according to the surrounding rock classification,the location of the tunnel section and geological conditions.For weak and fractured rock masses of Class IV and V,in addition to the support method behind the tunnel face,advanced auxiliary support measures such as advanced long pipe sheds,advanced small conduits,and advanced rockbolts should also be adopted.In tunnel sections with water and mud inrush risks,advanced pre-grouting or delayed grouting reinforcement measures need to be adopted to ensure the safe construction and services of a tunnel.This study can provide reference for the design of whole tunnel support schemes for similar tunnel projects.
