摘要
海洋工程施工建设对海洋环境的影响日益显著,准确评估和预测相关影响是实现海洋资源可持续开发的关键。本研究设计了系统的整体框架和功能模块,开发了一套高效、精确且用户友好的环境影响数值模拟系统,以支持海洋工程的环境影响评估和管理决策。应用该系统在目标海域开展了数值模拟实验,将模拟结果与观测数据定量对比发现,系统结果基本满足相关标准规范对数值模拟精度的要求。应用案例结果表明:该系统能够给出目标海域附近可靠的水动力和污染物模拟预测结果,显示了其在环境影响评价数值模拟业务中的应用价值,相关成果可为海洋工程环境影响数值模拟系统开发技术的发展提供参考。
The impact of marine engineering construction on the marine environment has become increasingly significant;accurate assessment and prediction of associated impacts are key to achieving sustainable development of marine resources.This study designed the overall framework and functional modules of the system,and developed a set of efficient,accurate,and user-friendly numerical simulation system for environmental impact assessment,to support the environmental impact assessment and management decisions for marine engineering.Applied this system in the target marine area to carry out numerical simulation experiments;quantitative comparison between simulation results and observational data discovered that the system results basically met the precision requirements for numerical simulation in relevant standards and specifications.Application case results indicate:this system can give reliable hydrodynamic and pollutant simulation prediction results near the target marine area,displayed its application value in environmental impact assessment numerical simulation practices,related achievements can provide reference for the development technology of marine engineering environmental impact numerical simulation systems.
