尾叶樱种子性状与萌发特性研究

摘要 为探究不同种质尾叶樱种子性状及萌发特性变异规律,通过测定尾叶樱种子表型性状、萌发特性等指标,分析各指标的变异系数,并关联种质资源的地理因子进行相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明,不同尾叶樱种质间的种长、种宽、种厚、长宽比、长厚比、宽厚比及百粒重均存在极显著差异。百粒重是种子变异的主要性状,变异系数为24.35%。不同种质间种子萌发特性也存在极显著差异,wy05发芽率和发芽势均最高,分别为97.33%和78.67%。地理因子与种子性状之间呈现出极显著或显著的相关性,影响着种子的表型性状与萌发特性。海拔与百粒重、种长、发芽率呈极显著正相关,与吸水率呈极显著负相关,与发芽势、种宽呈显著正相关。主成分分析综合表明,wy04、wy05、wy08种质种子性状及萌发表现较优,可作为引种繁育的首选种质。 In order to investigate the variation patterns in seed traits and germination characteristics of different Cerasus dielsiana germplasms,phenotypic traits and germination characteristics of C.dielsiana seeds was measured,the coefficient of variation for each indicator,and conducted correlation and principal component analyses in relation to geographical factors of the germplasm resources were analyzed.The results showed that there were highly significant differences in seed length,seed width,seed thickness,length-to-width ratio,length-to-thickness ratio,width-to-thickness ratio,and hundred-seed weight among different C.dielsiana germplasms.Hundred-seed weight was the primary trait contributing to seed variation,with a coefficient of variation of 24.35%.There were also highly significant differences in seed germination characteristics among different germplasms,with wy05 exhibiting the highest germination rate and germination potential at 97.33%and 78.67%,respectively.Geographical factors showed highly significant or significant correlations with seed traits,influencing both phenotypic traits and germination characteristics.Altitude was highly significantly positively correlated with hundred-seed weight,seed length,and germination rate,highly significantly negatively correlated with water absorption rate,and significantly positively correlated with germination potential and seed width.Based on the comprehensive scores from principal component analysis,the wy04,wy05,and wy08 germplasms demonstrated superior seed traits and germination performance,making them the preferred varieties for introduction and cultivation.
