几个臭椿种源种子的生物学特性变异研究 被引量:16

摘要 对臭椿的8个种源的种子生物学特性变异进行了初步研究,测定指标包括种子形态、千粒重、净度、含水率、发芽率、发芽势、平均发芽速度和活力指数.结果表明,不同种源的臭椿种子的各项测定指标差异明显.其中千粒重最大的种源是鲁南,为29.60 g ,最小的是安徽合肥,为20.33 g,平均值为23.43 g;供试种子发芽率的平均值为49%,发芽率最高的种源是鲁南,为79%,最小的是安徽合肥,为21%;活力指数平均值为21.98,最大的是鲁南,为33.53,最小的是安徽合肥,为6.17(河南种子未发芽除外);种翅的长、宽与臭椿种实重量之间相关性不显著.进一步聚类分析,将供试种源划分为4类,其中鲁南、宁夏中卫、鲁中、鲁东4个种源的种子质量较好. This paper studied the preliminary research of biology characteristics of 8 provenance of the Ailanthus altissima Swingle. The survey indexes include one-thousand-seed weight, purity, water contents, germination rate, potential germination rate, germination speed, seed vigor index. The result showed that the difference of seed indexes of Ailanthus altissima Swingle provenance is obvious. The Lunan’s one-thousand-seed weight was 29.60g which was the maximum one, but the minimum is 20.33 g which was collected from Anhui (except seed from the Henan), and the average weight is 23.43g. The average germination rate is 49%, and the maximum germination rate is 79% collected from Lunan, but the minimum one is Anhui (21%). The average vigor index is 21.98, and Lunan’s seed vigor index is the maximum one, it is 33.53, but the minimum one is Anhui( 6.17). There isn’t obvious relativity between the seed wing’s size and seed weight. All the provenances were divided into 4 types by cluster analysis, and Lunan, Ludong, Ningxia, Luzhong were the first class provenances.
