摘要
为验证植物免疫调节剂对玉米的抗病及增产作用,以3种植物免疫调节剂为研究材料,调查其在田间对玉米生长发育、病害防治和产量的影响。结果表明,3种植物免疫调节剂处理下的玉米大斑病病情指数均显著低于空白对照组,其中普利维AS处理下玉米大斑病病叶率相对最低,病情指数为10.49;防治效果最好,防效为73.27%。测产结果表明,3种植物免疫调节剂处理下的玉米产量无显著差异,均高于空白对照及化学药剂对照处理下的玉米产量;其中天芝浇AS处理下的玉米产量各项指标相对最高,普利维AS处理下的玉米产量次之,二者玉米产量分别为997.16和863.36 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1)。结合分析发现,普利维AS处理下对玉米大斑病病害的防效及增产作用的综合效果较好。
To evaluate the disease resistance and yield-enhancing effects of plant immune regulators on maize,three plant immune regulators were investigated for their impacts on maize growth,disease control,and yield in field trials.The results showed that the disease severity index of maize under all three treatments was significantly lower than the blank control group.Among them,the Puliwei AS treatment demonstrated the lowest leaf disease incidence rate with a severity index of 10.49,achieving the best prevention efficacy at 73.27%.Yield measurements indicated no significant difference between treatments,all exceeding those of the blank control and chemical agent control.Tianzhijiao AS treatment yielded the highest comprehensive indicators,followed by Puliwei AS treatment,with yields reaching 997.16 and 863.36 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1).The combined prevention efficacy results revealed that Puliwei AS provided superior disease control and yield enhancement.
