摘要
依据《土壤污染防治法》有关规定,焦化企业关停、搬迁产生的遗留地块需要开展土壤污染状况调查。文章以山西省内5家典型焦化企业遗留地块为例,整理了焦化企业遗留地块土壤污染状况及污染物迁移途径,分析了山西省典型焦化企业土壤污染问题及成因,并从源头管控、过程控制、加强日常巡查、规范拆除活动等方面为焦化企业全过程管控土壤环境污染提供指导和参考,进一步提升焦化企业自身的土壤污染防治能力。
According to the relevant provisions of the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Law,it is necessary to carry out a survey on the soil pollution status of the leftover plots generated by the closure and relocation of coking and chemical enterprises.The article takes five typical coking enterprises'legacy plots in Shanxi province as examples,collates the soil pollution status and pollutant migration pathways of coking enterprises'legacy plots,analyzes the soil pollution problems and causes of typical coking enterprises in Shanxi province,and provides guidance and references for the coking enterprises to control soil environmental pollution in the whole process from the aspects of source control,process control,strengthening of daily inspection,and standardization of dismantling activities,so as to further improve the coking enterprises'own ability to prevent and control soil pollution.
