摘要
本文研究对象为中山市某工业区地块,地块历史上从事含铜蚀刻废液的回收再生,未来规划为三类工业用地,按规定开展地块的土壤环境调查工作。通过第一阶段和第二阶段土壤污染状况调查,地块土壤中污染物浓度均低于对应的土壤污染风险筛选值,地下水中污染物浓度对人体健康风险可以接受,地块的土壤和地下水环境质量满足要求,可根据其规划用途进行开发。
The research subject of this paper is a certain industrial zone plot in Zhongshan City.Historically engaged in the recycling and regeneration of copper-containing etching waste liquid,the plot is planned for future use as Class III industrial land.In accordance with regulations,soil environmental investigations were conducted.Through the first and second phases of soil pollution status investigation,it was found that the concentrations of pollutants in the soil were below corresponding soil pollution risk screening values.The concentration of groundwater contaminants presented acceptable human health risks.The environmental quality of both soil and groundwater meets requirements,permitting development aligned with its planned use.
