摘要
痴呆是一种以获得性认知功能损害为核心,以记忆力减退为首要症状,并严重影响患者日常生活与工作能力的神经退行性疾病,在中医中可属于“痴呆”的范畴。中西医在筛查和诊断老年期痴呆疾病的过程中,常常通过量表来评估认知功能等的损害情况。文章就近年来临床研究中评价老年期痴呆记忆功能时常用的量表,包括简易精神状态量表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、阿尔茨海默病评估量表-认知量表、临床痴呆评定量表、韦氏成人记忆量表、华山版听觉词语学习测验主流评估工具作一综述,以期为临床工作人员在记忆门诊中选择更合适的评估量表提供依据。
Dementia is a neurodegenerative disease centered on acquired cognitive impairment,with memory loss as the first symptom,and severely affecting the patient’s daily life and ability to work,and can be categorized as“dementia”in traditional Chinese medicine.In the process of screening and diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease,Chinese and Western medicine practitioners often use scales to assess the impairment of cognitive function.In this paper,we review the scales commonly used in recent years to evaluate memory function in Alzheimer’s disease,including the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive(ADAS-Cog),Clinical Dementia Assessment(CDR),Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS),and the Huashan Auditory Verbal Learning Test(AVLT-H),with a view to providing a more appropriate assessment scale for clinical staff to select in memory clinics and to provide a more accurate assessment of memory function to provide a basis for choosing more appropriate assessment scales for clinical staff in memory clinics.
