车用不等齿宽永磁轮毂电机转矩性能研究

摘要 新能源电动汽车用永磁轮毂电机正向结构紧凑、高效节能方向发展。优化电机转矩性能对提升整车性能和竞争力具有重要意义。本文梳理了车用永磁轮毂电机转矩优化方法,重点探讨了外转子电机拓扑结构和关键设计参数。通过采用极槽配合优化、斜槽设计、定子不等齿宽调节以及定子辅助槽开设等创新设计方法,提出了一种具有不等齿宽特殊定子结构的新型永磁轮毂电机设计方案。基于电磁场仿真分析,详细研究了该结构对电机电磁转矩平均值、转矩波动系数以及齿槽转矩峰峰值等关键性能指标的影响规律。实验结果表明,所提出的不等齿宽优化设计使电机电磁转矩平均值提升6.03%,同时转矩波动系数降低4.35%。该研究为提升新能源电动汽车用永磁轮毂电机的转矩输出性能提供了有效的技术路径和理论依据。 The permanent magnet hub motors for new energy electric vehicles are developing towards compact structure,high efficiency and energy saving.Optimizing the torque performance of the motor is of great significance for improving the overall vehicle performance and competitiveness.This article outlines the torque optimization methods of automotive permanent magne hub motors,and focuses on the topological structure and key design parameters of the outer rotor motors.A new design scheme for a permanent magnet hub motor with a special stator structure of unequal tooth width is proposed by adopting innovative design methods such as pole slot optimization,inclined slot design,stator unequal tooth width adjustment,and the opening of stator auxiliary slots.Based on electromagnetic field simulation analysis,the influence of this structure on key performance indicators such as the average electromagnetic torque,torque fluctuation coefficient,and peak to peak cogging torque of the motor are studied in detail.The experimental results show that the proposed unequal tooth width optimization design increases the average electromagnetic torque of the motor by 6.03%and reduce the torque fluctuation coefficient by 4.35%.This study provides an effective technical path and theoretical basis for improving the torque output performance of permanent magnet hub motors for new energy electric vehicles.
