摘要
将盘式电机定子铁心及端盖等效成环形板,利用环形板横向振动固有频率的计算公式并加以适当变形,得到了该结构电机定子系统的固有频率计算公式;运用该公式对样机的定子系统固有频率进行计算,并与实验结果对比,取得了较好的一致性;证明了运用本文的方法计算盘式结构电机定子系统固有频率的可行性,并有助于确定引起电磁噪声的谐波源。
In this paper, the stator core and the end cover of disc machine are equivalent to annular plates, and then the analytic expression used to calculate natural frequency of the machine stator system is obtained depending on some modification of the natural frequency formula of annular plate transverse vibration. Moreover, natural frequency of a prototype machine stator system is evaluated using this expression and the calculating results are compared with the experiment results, which are basically coinci dent with ench other. Therefi)re, the calculating method presented in this paper is reliable and valuable to bu used to identify harmonic sources radiated electromagnetic noise.
